1. Booking and Payments:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due at the end of your photo session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may incur a fee.
2. Session Details:
Exact location details will be provided upon booking. Please arrive on time; delays may result in a shortened session.
3. Image Rights:
Heart & Soul Photography retains the rights to use images for promotional purposes, including social media and portfolio showcases. Clients will receive digital copies of edited photos.
4. Rescheduling:
In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, sessions can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
5. Liability:
Heart & Soul Photography is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or loss of items during the session.
